The Tour de Pain features 3 races in 24 hours. You can run all three or just one or two of the races. To qualify for the finishers medal and awards you must run all three events.
The Tour de Pain consists of three events as follows:
- 4 Mile – Friday, August 7th – 6:00 PM - Course map
- 5K Road Race – Saturday, August 8th– 7:00 AM - Course map
- Road mile – Saturday, August 8th – Races start at 8:30 AM - Course map
