RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL

1.1 Please read these Rules and Regulations (the “R&Rs”) carefully before registration.

1.2 Pokémon RUN 30 Singapore (the “Event”) is owned by The Pokémon Company (“TPC”) and organised by Tribbe Pte. Ltd. (the “Organiser”).

1.3 These R&Rs govern all registrants and/or participants of the Event, including adults and minors participating in the Event (collectively, the “Participants” and each a “Participant”). Where a Participant is under the age of eighteen (18) years, these R&Rs must be accepted by the Participant’s parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf. These R&Rs are available at https://raceroster.com/events/2026/119576/pokemon-run-30-singapore-edition (the “Portal”).

1.4 By accessing the Portal, registering for the Event, submitting information to the Organiser and its related entities, or otherwise using any services in connection with the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Organiser’s privacy policy governing the collection, use and disclosure of the Participant’s personal information, as may be amended by the Organiser from time to time (the “Privacy Policy”).

2. AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATION AND EVENT CHANGES

2.1 The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute these R&Rs at its discretion at any time. Any such amendments shall be published on the Portal and shall take effect upon such publication.

2.2 In the event of any ambiguity in these R&Rs, the Organiser’s interpretation shall prevail.

2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, the Organiser shall make reasonable efforts to notify the Participants in advance.

2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the interactive fun run routes, the Event schedule, or any other aspect of the Event at any time for safety, operational or other reasons. In such circumstances, the Organiser shall make reasonable efforts to notify the Participants in advance.

2.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, TPC, and the sponsors and co-sponsors of the Event shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with any cancellation, amendment or variation.

3. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 Completion and submission of the online registration form and the Participant’s acceptance of the terms of the Event via the Race Roster platform shall constitute the Participant’s agreement to be bound by these R&Rs.

3.2 The registration of the Participant shall only be confirmed upon:

(a) successful submission of the registration form;

(b) receipt of full payment of all applicable fees; and

(c) issuance of confirmation of registration by the Organiser.

3.3 The Participant shall:

(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information relating to the Participant, including personal data required for registration (the “Personal Information”);

(b) maintain the confidentiality and security of their Race Roster account credentials, including any password and identification details; and

(c) promptly update their Personal Information to ensure that it remains accurate, current and complete at all times.

3.4 The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time via electronic mail. Any notice or communication sent to the email address registered by the Participant shall be deemed to have been duly received.

3.5 Where any Personal Information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or where the Organiser has reasonable grounds to suspect the same, the Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration and deny access to their Race Roster account and/or the Portal (or any parts thereof).

3.6 No amendments to a Participant’s registration details shall be permitted after completion of registration, save for updates to Personal Information and essential information, including emergency contact details.

4. REGISTRATION PERIOD

4.1 The registration period for the Event is scheduled to close on 8 November 2026, or when registrations for the Event have reached the maximum capacity determined by the Organiser, whichever occurs earlier (the “Registration Period”).

4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to close registration earlier than the stated closing date of 8 November 2026 if capacity is reached, to extend the Registration Period at its sole discretion, or for any other reason the Organiser may deem fit.

4.3 The Organiser shall not be liable for any inability of a prospective participant to register once registration has closed or capacity has been reached.

5. RACE CATEGORIES

5.1 Participants may elect to participate either as an individual or as part of a team.

5.2 Regardless of whether Participants elect to participate individually or as part of a team, there will be only one (1) category, namely the “Fun Run”, which will be held at The Kallang (formerly Singapore Sports Hub). Further details on the venue of the Event and the course of the Fun Run shall be provided to the Participants closer to the date of the Event.

6. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH BABY STROLLERS OR USING A WHEELCHAIR

6.1 The child in a stroller is strongly encouraged to wear a helmet during the Fun Run.

6.2 The child in a stroller must always be secured with at least a lap belt during the Fun Run.

6.3 The child in a stroller must always be accompanied by at least one (1) parent or legal guardian.

6.4 The parent or legal guardian shall ensure that they have control over the baby stroller at all times and shall provide appropriate warnings when passing or approaching other Participants.

6.5 Participants using a wheelchair shall ensure that their wheelchair is in a safe and serviceable condition for participation in the Fun Run and shall exercise reasonable care when passing or approaching other Participants.

6.6 Participants with baby strollers or using a wheelchair acknowledge and accept that certain sections of the Fun Run route may not be fully accessible or wheelchair-friendly. Participation is at the individual’s own discretion, and Participants are advised to assess the route conditions and their suitability before taking part.

6.7 The Organiser has the right to prevent any Participant from starting, or to remove any Participant from the Fun Run route, where such Participant fails to comply with the applicable requirements or standards set out in these R&Rs.

7. FUN RUN RULES

7.1 All Participants must wear their assigned Fun Run bib (the “Bib”) on the front of their running attire at all times during the Event.

7.2 All Participants must present and wear a valid Bib to gain entry into the start area. Any Participant without a Bib shall be denied entry and will not be permitted to start the Event.

7.3 Participants acknowledge that the Bib is used to identify their assigned start group and designated start time for safety and crowd management purposes. Participants must only enter the start area and commence the Event in accordance with the start group indicated on their Bib. Any Participant not wearing an official Bib, or attempting to enter a start group other than the one assigned to them, may be denied entry to the start area, removed from the Fun Run route, or otherwise disqualified from participation.

7.4 Participants may be assigned to different starting points and must assemble at their designated starting points as informed by the Organiser.

7.5 All measures taken by the Organiser for safety and crowd management purposes must be complied with by all Participants.

7.6 The following are strictly prohibited on the Fun Run route:

(a) pets;

(b) bicycles;

(c) in-line skates;

(d) shoes with built-in or attached rollers; and

(e) any weapon, explosive, hazardous material, dangerous object, or any other item that, in the Organiser’s reasonable opinion, may pose a risk to the safety, health, security or enjoyment of Participants, spectators, volunteers or Event personnel.

7.7 Only authorised personnel, event vehicles and medical vehicles are permitted on the Fun Run route.

7.8 The Organiser reserves the right to:

(a) limit and refuse Fun Run entries without assigning any reason;

(b) cancel the Fun Run without prior notice; and

(c) decline to entertain, or be responsible for, any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate registration details.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

8.1 Each Participant shall at all times conduct themselves in a safe, responsible and sportsmanlike manner.

8.2 Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Participant shall:

(a) be responsible for their own safety and the safety of others, and shall not engage in, or permit any person associated with them to engage in, any conduct which creates an unreasonable risk of injury, harm or damage to any person or property;

(b) comply with all applicable laws, regulations and local ordinances, and with all instructions issued by the Organiser, official medical staff, Event personnel, referee or security officer of the Event (collectively, the “Staff”);

(c) treat all Staff, volunteers, spectators, members of the public and other Participants with respect and courtesy, and refrain from the use of abusive, offensive or inappropriate language or behaviour;

(d) refrain from any form of political, religious or racial demonstration or propaganda during the Event;

(e) ensure that any supporters, family members or associates do not interfere with the Event;

(f) not discard any litter, equipment or personal items along the Fun Run route except at designated disposal points;

(g) not seek to obtain, or obtain, any unfair advantage through the use of any external aid, vehicle, person or object, unless permitted by Staff;

(h) not use any device or equipment in a manner that distracts from the Participant’s ability to remain aware of their surroundings or that may compromise safety;

(i) promptly inform the Staff if they wish to withdraw at any time during the Fun Run; and

(j) avoid any indecent exposure or inappropriate public conduct during the Event.

8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, remove or otherwise take action against any Participant whose conduct is, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, unsafe, inappropriate or prejudicial to the proper conduct of the Event.

9. AGE REQUIREMENTS

9.1 There is no minimum age requirement for participation in the Event, as it is specifically designed to be an accessible and family-friendly event.

9.2 Children below 90 cm in height may enter the start pen without a Bib or Event ticket, provided they are accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian who has purchased and holds a valid Event ticket. If a Bib is required for a child below 90 cm in height, an Event ticket must be purchased for that child.

9.3 Any Participant under the age of eighteen (18) years must be accompanied by and participate in the Event together with their parent, legal guardian or an authorised adult chaperone. The accompanying adult shall be fully responsible for the minor’s safety, care, supervision and well-being throughout the Event.

10. CANCELLATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

10.1 Following registration, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable, and no refund shall be made in respect of any Participant who does not participate in the Event for any reason whatsoever.

10.2 Tickets to the Event and Fun Run entries are strictly non-transferable. Participants shall not transfer, assign, resell or otherwise dispose of their Event ticket and/or Fun Run entry to any other person.

10.3 The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience arising from or in connection with any unauthorised sale, transfer or purchase of tickets or entries, including where any person is denied entry as a result thereof.

11. RUNNER’S KIT COLLECTION

11.1 All Participants must personally present their official registration confirmation to collect their runner’s kit (the “Runner’s Kit”) at the designated collection location (the “Collection Location”).

11.2 The Runner’s Kit will be available for collection at the Collection Location on 31 October 2026 and 1 November 2026 at OCBC Square. Further details on the Collection Location and collection timings shall be provided to the Participants closer to the relevant date.

11.3 Runner’s Kit collection is strictly limited to the registered Participant. Collection by any third party on behalf of a Participant is not permitted, save where the third party has been validly authorised by the Participant to collect the Runner’s Kit on their behalf, or where the third party is the parent or legal guardian of the Participant.

11.4 All Participants must present their official registration confirmation for verification at the Collection Location in order to receive their Runner’s Kit.

11.5 Upon successful verification, the Participant will be issued the Runner’s Kit, which will include the Bib, at the Collection Location.

11.6 The Bib must be worn by the Participant throughout the Event until the completion of the Fun Run and must not be removed, tampered with or transferred to any other person. Participants without a valid Bib for the Fun Run may be denied entry to the Event.

11.7 The swapping, transfer or unauthorised use of Bibs is strictly prohibited and shall result in disqualification.

11.8 If Participants are unable to collect the Runner’s Kit at the Collection Location, they may collect their Runner’s Kit at the information booth at the Event venue on Event days.

12. RUNNER’S ENTITLEMENTS

12.1 Sizes selected during registration for items in the Runner’s Kit are strictly non-exchangeable.

12.2 In the event that a selected T-shirt size is unavailable, an alternative size shall be issued. No exchanges shall be permitted.

12.3 Selection of a T-shirt size at registration does not guarantee the availability of the same size in the Runner’s Kit provided to Participants on the Event day.

13. SAFETY AND OTHER PRECAUTIONS

13.1 Whilst the Organiser will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the Participants during the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Event is at their own risk.

13.2 To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Organiser, TPC, sponsors and co-sponsors of the Event shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, death, loss or damages howsoever arising from or in connection with training for, or participation in, the Event.

13.3 All Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a medical practitioner prior to registration and participation in the Event.

13.4 A Participant shall immediately retire from the Fun Run if directed to do so by any Staff.

13.5 All decisions of the Staff shall be final and binding.

14. MEDIA AND PUBLICITY

14.1 The Organiser, its affiliates, designees, assignees, event partners and sponsors reserve the right to collect and use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other media records, including those featuring Participants, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising and promotional activities, throughout the world in perpetuity.

14.2 Such use may include, but is not limited to, use in broadcasts, photographs, publications, podcasts, webcasts, motion pictures, brochures, CDs, DVDs, internet websites, social media platforms, television and/or any related commercial, informational, educational, advertising or promotional materials.

14.3 Each Participant hereby irrevocably consents to such use, without compensation or further approval.
