Our story…

Back for another year, the Dementia Services team, Day Trippers, is ready for our best showing yet. Our community appreciates the strong support for our team through your donations, participation and words of encouragement. We invite any community members, day program clients and care partners, staff and volunteers to join our team and make a huge fundraising impact. Whether you are joining us in person and participating virtually, we're thrilled to have you support this meaningful cause. 

We hit our initial goal of $5000, so we've raised the bar!
