  • How can I claim my race kit?

  • Race kits can be claimed during the official Race Pack Collection schedule.

  • When is the Race Pack Collection?

  • Race Pack Collection will be held from 17-18 July 2026 between 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM at Square B, Centralworld

  • Participants must present their confirmation email or bib number and a valid ID for verification upon claiming.

  • Can someone else claim my race kit on my behalf?

  • Yes, as long as the person claiming the race kit has a copy of the confirmation email or bib number, a copy of the registrant's valid ID, and an authorization letter to be validated by the representative.

  • สามารถให้ผู้อื่นมารับ Race Kit แทนได้หรือไม่?

  • Can I change the size of my shirt after registration and confirmation?

  • Unfortunately, changing shirt sizes is not permitted after the registration form has been submitted. Participants are advised to refer to the race shirt size chart on the online registration site before confirming their selection.

RACE CATEGORIES

  • Are there age limits for the 5km and 10km runs?

  • Yes. For the 5km, the minimum age is 12 years old (guardian required for minors)

  • For the 10km, the minimum age is 16 years old.

  • Is there a baggage deposit area?

  • Yes. Baggage tents will be available.
    We recommend arriving early to avoid delays.

Note: Organizers will not be liable for any lost or damaged belongings. Please do not leave valuables in your bag.

  • What happens if I get injured during the race?
    - Medical and first aid stations are placed along the race route. You may also approach route marshals or paramedics for assistance.

RACE ROUTE

  • Is there a cut-off time for the start of the race?
    - Yes. All participants must start within 15 minutes after their category’s gun start. Latecomers will no longer be allowed to start.

  • What happens if I can’t reach the cutoff point in time?

  • Course Cut-Off Policy: Cut-off vehicles will be stationed at various points along the course. Participants who do not meet the cut-off times will be transported to the finish line and will be excluded from the official results.

PARTICIPANT CONCERNS

  • Can I still participate if my race shirt doesn’t fit?

  • Yes. You are still welcome to participate even if you are not wearing the official event shirt, provided that your race bib is clearly visible at all times during the run.

  • หากเสื้อวิ่งของฉันใส่ไม่พอดี ฉันยังสามารถเข้าร่วมงานได้หรือไม่?

  • Can I request a change in shirt size?

  • Unfortunately, shirt size exchanges are not permitted once registration has been finalized. Please refer to the size chart provided during registration for future reference.

  • Is the race bib mandatory?

  • Yes. Your race bib must be worn and visible throughout the event to ensure you are timed correctly and have access to the race route and amenities.

  • Water will be available at hydration stations throughout the route.

  • Are walkers allowed?

  • Yes, but please keep to the right to allow faster runners to pass.

    Please remind them to stay clear of the race path and observe proper conduct.
