Communication and Response Guidelines - (FAQs)

  • I have already registered/applied, but I didn't add the Headband to my purchase. Can I buy it separately later?

  • Yes, you can purchase it at https://raceroster.com/store/129706/listing Note: Limited quantities available.

  • When I registered, I filled in two names, but after completing the payment, only one name showed up (it was a duplicate). How can I fix this?

  • Please send the details you wish to correct to disneyrunthailand@runrio.com with the following information for verification:

    • Email address used for registration

    • Full name of the applicant

    • The issue or details you want to correct (e.g., misspelling / change start block / change pick-up date)

Important Notes:

  • First and last names cannot be completely changed (only corrected for errors).

  • Shirt sizes and designs cannot be changed.

  • Processing time for corrections is 7 working days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the correction is complete.

  • ตอนสมัครกรอกชื่อมา 2 คน แต่พอชำระเงินเสร็จแล้วชื่อขึ้นมาแค่คนเดียว (ชื่อซ้ำ) แก้ไขอย่างไรได้บ้าง (ต้องส่งหลักฐานใดเพิ่มเติม)

หมายเหตุ:

  • ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนชื่อและนามสกุลได้(แก้ไขได้เฉพาะกรณีข้อมูลผิดพลาดเท่านั้น)

  • ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์เสื้อและรูปแบบเสื้อได้

  • ระยะเวลาดำเนินการแก้ไขข้อมูลประมาณ 7 วันทำการ

  • เมื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะมีอีเมลยืนยันส่งให้


  • ⁠ ⁠Can I change the participant name after registration

  • ⁠First and last names cannot be changed.

  • Can I change the size of my shirt after registration and confirmation?

  • Unfortunately, changing shirt sizes is not permitted after the registration form has been submitted.

  • สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์เสื้อหลังสมัครและยืนยันแล้วได้หรือไม่?

  • ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์เสื้อได้หลังจากสมัครเรียบร้อยแล้ว


  • What should I do if I am unable to collect my race kit in person?

  • If you are unable to collect your race kit personally, please send an email to disneyrunthailand@runrio.com. The organizer will review each request on a case-by-case basis as deemed appropriate.

In cases where proxy collection has been approved:

  • The person collecting the race kit on behalf of a participant must present the approved email issued by the organizer, along with a signed copy of the participant’s ID card certified as a true copy.

  • The authorized representative will receive only the Race Shirt / BIB / Drawstring Bag. Wristbands must be collected in person by the registered runner at the Wristband Collection Point on race day, with a valid ID card or official identification document presented for verification.

  • Participants are required to collect their wristband at least 90 minutes before their assigned start time.

  • The use of public delivery or ride-hailing services, such as Grab or similar services, to collect race kits on behalf of participants is strictly prohibited.


  • ไม่สามารถไปรับอุปกรณ์วิ่งด้วยตนเองทำยังไงได้บ้าง

  • ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถมารับได้ด้วยตนเองให้แจ้งอีเมลไปที่ disneyrunthailand@runrio.com ทางผู้จัดจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีตามความเหมาะสม

ในกรณีที่ถูกอนุมัติให้รับแทน

  • ผู้ที่มารับอุปกรณ์วิ่งแทน จะต้องแสดงอีเมลอนุมัติ (Approved Email) จากทางผู้จัดพร้อมสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้สมัครที่ลงนามรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง เพื่อใช้ในการรับอุปกรณ์วิ่งแทน

  • ผู้รับแทนจะได้รับเฉพาะเสื้อวิ่ง / BIB / กระเป๋า เท่านั้น สำหรับ Wristband นักวิ่งจะต้องมารับด้วยตนเอง ณ จุดรับ Wristband ในวันแข่งขัน พร้อมแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารยืนยันตัวตน

  • ทั้งนี้ นักวิ่งจะต้องมารับ Wristband ก่อนเวลา Start ของตนเองอย่างน้อย 90 นาที

  • ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้บริการรับส่งสาธารณะ เช่น Grab หรือบริการลักษณะเดียวกัน มารับอุปกรณ์วิ่งแทนโดยเด็ดขาด


  • Is the event still open for registration?

    • Thank you for your interest in this event. The event is fully subscribed and registration is closed. We appreciate fans’ strong interest and support.

  • กิจกรรมนี้ยังเปิดรับลงทะเบียนอยู่ไหม?

    • ขอบคุณสำหรับความสนใจในกิจกรรมนี้ ขณะนี้มีผู้ลงทะเบียนเต็มจำนวนแล้วและได้ปิดรับลงทะเบียนเป็นที่เรียบร้อย เราขอขอบคุณแฟน ๆ ทุกท่านสำหรับความสนใจและการสนับสนุนอย่างล้นหลาม


  • Will Runrio be opening up more slots for registration?

    • Currently, there are no plans for a second round of registration as the event is fully booked.


  • จะมีการเปิดรับสมัครรอบนี้เพิ่มเติมหรือไม่

    • ขณะนี้ยังไม่มีแผนเปิดลงทะเบียนรอบเพิ่มเติม เนื่องจากสิทธิ์ในงานถูกจองครบทั้งหมดแล้ว



RACE PACK COLLECTION

  • When and where is the Race Pack Collection?

  • The Race Pack Collection will take place on 17–18 July 2026 from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM at Square B, centralwOrld

  • Race Pack Collection จัดเมื่อไหร่และที่ไหน?

  • Race Pack Collection จะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 17–18 กรกฎาคม 2026 เวลา 11:00 น. – 19:30 น. ณ Square B, centralwOrld


  • Can someone else collect the race kit on behalf of a participant?

  • No. All participants must collect their race kit in person. If a participant is unable to collect it personally, please send an email to disneyrunthailand@runrio.com. The organizer will review requests on a case-by-case basis as deemed appropriate.

  • สามารถไปรับอุปกรณ์วิ่งแทนได้มั้ย

  • ไม่ได้ นักวิ่งต้องมารับด้วยตนเอง ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถมารับได้ด้วยตนเองให้แจ้งอีเมลไปที่ disneyrunthailand@runrio.com ทางผู้จัดจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีตามความเหมาะสม


  • Can I change my Race Pack collection date?

  • เปลี่ยนวันที่รับ Race pack ได้มั้ย?

ชื่อผู้สมัครกับบิบ number ต้องตรงกัน


  • Race Pack Collection Process

  • Please present your registration confirmation email, along with a valid ID, for verification. Once our staff confirms your details, present your collection slip to receive your race kit and wristband.

Important Wristband Rules:

  • Your Entry Pass: The wristband serves as your official entry to the Start Block. You must wear it to gain access to the starting area, and participants without a wristband on race day will not be allowed to run.

  • Do not remove it: Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be removed once worn.

  • Waterproof: The wristband is made of durable, waterproof material, so you can safely wear it while showering or going about your daily activities before the race.


  • ขั้นตอนการรับ Race Pack

  • ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องแสดงอีเมลยืนยันการสมัครพร้อมบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ เพื่อใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตน หลังจากตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถนำ Slip เพื่อรับ Race Kit และ Wristband

ข้อสำคัญเกี่ยวกับ Wristband:

  • สิทธิ์เข้าสู่ Start Block: Wristband ถือเป็นสิทธิ์สำหรับเข้าสู่พื้นที่ปล่อยตัว ผู้เข้าร่วมจะต้องสวม Wristband เพื่อเข้าสู่ Start Block และหากไม่มี Wristband ในวันแข่งขัน จะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมวิ่งได้

  • ห้ามถอดออก: Wristband ไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้ และไม่สามารถถอดออกได้หลังจากสวมใส่แล้ว

  • กันน้ำ: Wristband ผลิตจากวัสดุที่มีความทนทานและกันน้ำ ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถสวมใส่ระหว่างอาบน้ำหรือทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในชีวิตประจำวันก่อนวันแข่งขันได้


  • What participants will receive:

    • Race Shirt

RACE DAY



  • Is there a baggage deposit area?

    • Yes. Baggage tents will be available.
      We recommend arriving early to avoid delays.

Note: Organizers will not be liable for any lost or damaged belongings. Please do not leave valuables in your bag.


  • มีจุดฝากสัมภาระหรือไม่?

    • มี โดยจะมีเต็นท์ฝากสัมภาระให้บริการแนะนำให้มาถึงก่อนเวลาเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความล่าช้า

หมายเหตุ: ผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อทรัพย์สินสูญหายหรือเสียหายกรุณาไม่นำของมีค่าฝากไว้ในกระเป๋า


  • Will there be food and beverage provided after the finish line?

    • Yes. Please stay tuned for updates and announcements on our official Facebook page.

  • What happens if I get injured during the race?

    • Medical and first aid stations are placed along the race route. You may also approach route marshals or paramedics for assistance.

  • หากได้รับบาดเจ็บระหว่างการแข่งขันจะทำอย่างไร?

    • จะมีจุดปฐมพยาบาลและทีมแพทย์ตลอดเส้นทางการแข่งขัน หรือสามารถขอความช่วยเหลือจากเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำเส้นทางและทีมพยาบาลได้

  • What will I receive after finishing the race?

    • Finisher’s Medal / Finisher's Towel

    • Race results will be available online after the event on our Official RUNRIO Thailand Facebook page


  • หลังเข้าเส้นชัยจะได้รับอะไรบ้าง?

    • เหรียญ Finisher / ผ้าขนหนู
