RWS CARES: STEPS OF HOPE - EVENT PACK COLLECTION
The late event pack collection will be held at arrival plaza, level 1 on 22 August. Please keep a look out for the Guest Services counter located near to Hershey's Chocolate World Singapore (near USS).
The Guest Services counter will operate from 6:00am to 8:00am. Participants are encouraged to collect their event pack at least 30 minutes before their selected flag-off time as queues are expected.
Documents to present
i. A copy of your confirmation slip (digital copies are accepted)
ii. A digital copy of your ID for verification
Authorisation (if you are unavailable)
If you are unavailable during the Event Pack Collection period, you may authorise a representative to collect it on your behalf. Please download and complete the Letter of Authorisation. Your representative must present the following during collection:
1) A copy of your confirmation slip (digital copies are accepted)
3) A digital copy of your ID for verification
4) A digital copy of the proxy’s ID for verification
*The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse participants without the above documents from collecting their event packs.

All participants will receive the following as part of the entitlements:

v. Sponsored items and perks
