1. ABOUT THE EVENT
1.1. What is RWS Cares Festival and RWS Cares: Steps of Hope? What can I expect?
Resorts World Sentosa presents the inaugural RWS Cares Festival – a vibrant two-day celebration of community, inclusivity and sustainability taking place on 22 - 23 August 2026. From the “Steps of Hope” walkathon through iconic RWS attractions to a lively Green Living Fair featuring local brands’ and social enterprises’ eco-friendly products, hands-on workshops, interactive booths, and performances by artists of all abilities, the festival brings people together for a meaningful cause — raising funds for President’s Challenge 2026 and supporting local communities. 1.2. When is RWS Cares: Steps of Hope and when is the event pack collection taking place?
RWS Cares: Steps of Hope is happening on 22 August 2026, 7:00am – 10:00am at Resorts World Sentosa.
The event pack collection will be on 15 & 16 August 2026, 11:00am – 8:00pm at WEAVE Level 1 (outside CROCS).

2. REGISTRATION FOR RWS CARES: STEPS OF HOPE
2.1. When is the registration period?
Ticket sales will start on 25 June 2026.
2.2. What are the event categories available?
This year, we have categories for all age groups:
- Adult (13 and above as of 22 August 2026)
- Child (4 to 12 years old as of 22 August 2026)
*Children below 4 years old (as of 22 August 2026) do not require registration and will not be entitled to event benefits.
2.3. How can I register for the event?

2.4. What are the registration fees?
- Adult: $80 (Early Bird) | $85 (Standard)
- Child $70 (Early Bird) | $75 (Standard)

2.5. Is GST included in the registration fee?
Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST. A 5% processing fee applies for online payment.
2.6. What are the available modes of payment methods?
You can make payment by Mastercard, VISA or American Express through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after completing your registration.
2.7. What is the minimum age to participate in RWS Cares: Steps of Hope?

- Child (4 to 12 years old as of 22 August 2026)
*Children below 4 years old (as of 22 August 2026) do not require registration and will not be entitled to event benefits.
2.8. Do I need to fill up the Indemnity Form and seek parental/guardian consent if I am below the age of 18 as of 22 August 2026?
Yes, participants below the age of 18 are required to seek parental/guardian consent before participating in the event. They would be required to submit the signed Indemnity Form during the Entry Pack Collection (EPC), failing which the Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse the entry of the participant. 2.9. How do I know if I have registered successfully?
Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. Your unique Registration ID will be reflected on the confirmation slip.
2.10. What if I did not receive my confirmation and receipt after payment?
There could be several reasons:
- The email has been blocked by your mail server and/ or is treated as spam.
- Your registration was not successful.
- There was an error in your email address.

Please allow at least 2 working days for investigation.
2.11. Can I make changes to my particulars after completing my registration?
Yes, you may make changes to your particulars before 31 July 2026. As registration is non-transferable and non-refundable, we are unable to make changes to the participants’ name.
2.12. Can I change my flag off time after completing my registration?
Yes, you are able to change your flag-off time by writing an email to us at contact@infinitus.asia before 31 July 2026, subject to availability.
2.13. When is the closing date for registration?
Registration will close on 14 August 2026 or when slots are filled, whichever earlier.

2.15. Is there a bulk delivery/collection option for Corporate Purchase?
Bulk delivery can be arranged for corporate registrations. Delivery fees will apply. Bulk collection can be pre-arranged at least 2 weeks before the Entry Pack Collection. Please write to us at contact@infinitus.asia and we will be happy to help.
3. EVENT PACK COLLECTION
3.1. When and where will the Event Pack Collection be held?
It will be held at WEAVE, Level 1 (outside CROCS) @ Resort World Sentosa on 15 & 16 August 2026, from 11:00am – 8:00pm.

3.2. What verification document do I need to present for the collection of my event pack?
- A copy of your confirmation slip (digital copies are accepted)
- Signed Hardcopy Indemnity Form (for participants below 18 as of 22 August 2026)
*The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse participants without the above documents from collecting their event packs.
3.3. What are the entitlements?
All participants will receive the following as part of the entitlements:
- Event Day Admission to Adventure Cove Waterpark
- Event Bib and Wrist Tag
- Event T-shirt
- Event Bag
- Sponsored items and perks
3.4. What are the sizes and measurements of the event T-shirt?
Kids sizes are not available and the smallest size is XS. Please refer to sizing chart for measurements.

3.5. Can I change my T-shirt size?
Yes, you are able to change your T-shirt size by writing an email to us at contact@infinitus.asia.
*Size selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. Any changes must be made before 31 July 2026 and is subject to availability.
3.6. What if I am unable to attend the Event Pack Collection dates? Can someone collect on my behalf?
You may authorise a representative to collect it on your behalf. Please download and complete the Letter of Authorisation. Your representative must present the following during collection:
1) A copy of your confirmation slip (digital copies are accepted)
2) Letter of Authorisation
3) A digital copy of your ID for verification
4) A digital copy of the proxy’s ID for verification
Alternatively, you may select the mailing option during registration. Mailing option is available until 31 July 2026.
3.7. I have signed up with my company. Can I arrange for a bulk collection?
Please check with your company-in-charge if a bulk collection/delivery option has been arranged for you.
3.8. I am an overseas participant. How can I collect my event pack?

4. EVENT DAY
4.1. Where is the start and finish point?
The start point is at Universal Studios Singapore and the finish point will be at Adventure Cove Waterpark.
4.2. What time will the event start?
The flag off timings will be 7:00am or 8:00am. Please select your preferred flag off time at registration. Selection is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
4.3. How much time in advance do I need to be at the start point before flag off?
We encourage all participants to arrive at least 30 minutes before the flag off to allow sufficient time to get to the start point and warm up.
4.4. What are the cut-off timings?
- Universal Studios Singapore – 8:45am
- Singapore Oceanarium – 9:15am
4.5. How many hydration points are there for the entire route? Are there any refreshments provided?
Hydration points will be available on the course but we encourage all walkers to BYOB (bring your own bottle).
4.6. Will the venue be closed on the day of the event for walkers?
The venue will remain open for public during venue operating hours. Adventure Cove Waterpark will be open to participants only.
4.7. Will I get event timing?
This is a non-competitive event. Event timing will not be provided for all categories.
5. FOR PARTICIPANTS
5.1. What do I need to bring on the actual event day?
Please bring along your event bib and wrist tag. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own water bottle.
5.2. Is it compulsory to wear the event bib on the actual event day?
Yes. Participants without their assigned event bib and wrist tag will be refused admission and entry into the starting pen.
5.3. What if I forgot to bring my event bib and/or wrist tag on the actual event day?
There will be a replacement fee of $20.
5.4. Am I allowed to ride a bicycle, skate or use any motorised vehicles during the event?
No. Motorised vehicles and wheeled devices, including but not limited to electric scooters, are strictly not permitted except for official event and medical vehicles. However, prams / strollers are permitted for children below 4 years old.
5.5. Will I be able to bring along my pets?
Pets and companion animals are strictly not allowed in the event premises.
5.6. What if I have lost or found an item during the event? Where do I approach to seek for help?
Please proceed to the Event Information Booth for assistance.
5.7. Are there shower facilities available for me to wash up?
Yes, shower facilities are available at Adventure Cove Waterpark.
5.8. Am I allowed to visit all the 3 parks after the event ends?
Registration to RWS Cares: Steps of Hope entitles each participant to complimentary same-day entry to Adventure Cove Waterpark. It does not include same-day entry to Universal Studios Singapore or Singapore Oceanarium.
5.9. What are some of the programmes or activities I can expect to find?
The event day programmes will be released closer to the event. Please check back for more information.
5.10. Can I volunteer?

6. SAFETY MEASUREMENT
6.1. Where are the first aid kit and medical personnel situated at?
There will be first aid points at the event venue and first aiders along the event course.
6.2. What should I do if I am injured during the event? Who can I seek help from?
Please approach our crew or first aiders.
7. TRANSPORTATION
7.1. How do I get to the location by car?

7.3. Are there shuttle bus services available?
Event day shuttle bus services will be available closer to event day. Please check back for more information.
8. REFUNDS & AMENDMENTS
8.1. Will there be a refund if the event is called off due to bad weather? What is the wet weather plan?
No refund will be made if the event is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Communications will be made through SMS and/or on-site announcements for any delays/cancellation.
8.2. What if I am not feeling well on the actual day? Can I transfer my entry to someone else and walk on my behalf?
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8.3. I am unable to participate for the event on the actual day due to unforeseen circumstances. Am I able to get a refund?
