My Story…
My dad, George Dreith, died needlessly from mesothelioma just over 11 years ago, two months after walking me down the aisle. While his diagnosis was devastating, it also made my dad become an advocate for mesothelioma awareness, which he was very proud of. He was able to travel to D.C. to advocate against the FACT Act that would make it harder for families like ours to seek justice, he got his first letter to the editor published, and participated in the Miles for Meso Run & Walk. We celebrate his legacy again this year with his law firm, Simmons Hanly Conroy's 18th annual Miles for Meso.
I'm asking you today to make a small or large donation to support what has become our family's annual tradition, walking in my dad's memory, with Georgie Porgie's Meso Patrol. Your contribution, of course, goes directly to supporting mesothelioma awareness. Thank you.
