The Climb
Every mountain is different.
Some are races. Some are careers. Some are relationships. Some are challenges we never saw coming.
Mine didn't begin on a trail.

It began on a balance beam when I was 10 years old.
As a young gymnast, I quickly learned that the biggest challenge wasn't balancing on four inches of wood. It was learning to manage the conversation happening inside my own head.
Fear.
Self-doubt.
Pressure.
Confidence.
Resilience.
I didn't know it then, but those lessons would shape the rest of my life.
They followed me through more than 25 years of endurance racing, coaching hundreds of athletes, leading teams, building businesses, and navigating life's unexpected twists and turns.
Over the years, I've discovered something important.
We all have mountains.
Mine just happened to begin on a balance beam before they continued onto trails around the world.
The Mountain Method grew out of those lessons.
It isn't about becoming fearless.
It isn't about having all the answers.
It's about learning to take the next step—even when fear, doubt, or uncertainty are walking beside you.
Over four live expeditions, we'll journey through the same path represented in our logo.
Approach. Climb. Peak. Reflect.
Because every climb changes you.
The question isn't whether you'll reach the summit...
It's who you'll become along the way.
My journey began on a balance beam.
Yours begins here.
