Lace up those running shoes—it’s time to show how Trefoil Tough you are at this year's Cookie Run!

Join us for our annual Cookie Run with a Rosie the Riveter-inspired theme as we highlight the classic Trefoil cookie! All swag will celebrate this beloved cookie, and we encourage participants to dress with the theme in mind—prizes will be given to the most spirited!

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in-person on Nov. 28 or complete their run/walk virtually anytime from Nov. 20-29. Ready, set, register today!

All 5K and 1-mile participants will receive a commemorative Girl Scout themed medal. Participants have the option to choose a t-shirt or swag bundle (bandana and shoe bag) with their registration. There is also an option to opt out of swag to save $5. Swag quantities are limited, so register early to guarantee your preferred choice. A custom event patch is available for ordering during registration as well as a Cookie Run crewneck! Top finishers in each age category will receive free Girl Scout Trefoil cookies!

Race packets will be mailed to all virtual participants. Register by November 5th to guarantee you receive your packet by November 20th. Please note that any participant who registers for the virtual race option after November 5th may not receive their race packet by November 20th.

Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri helps remove obstacles by offering scholarships for programs and experiences. To apply for a scholarship, complete the Activity Scholarship Application. Once the application is submitted, we will follow up with next steps on how to register with assistance.

NEW THIS YEAR - Trefoil Tasting

Celebrate the Trefoil cookie at a whole new level by purchasing an $8 VIP ticket to a Trefoil Tasting! At the tasting, ticket holders will be able to try a Trefoil cookie dipped in a variety of toppings— Nutella, marshmallow fluff, strawberry fruit spread, and more!

All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Adult chaperone tickets are optional and only required if the adult is participating in the tasting.

Swag

Participants receive a custom event short-sleeve shirt as part of their registration. Participants can opt to receive our swag bundle (a bandana and shoe bag) instead of the shirt or add on the individual items for an additional charge. Participants can also opt out of swag to save $5 on their registration fee. A Cookie Run crewneck will be available for purchase this year as well as swag items from previous Cookie Run events! A custom event patch is also available for ordering during registration.

Event Policies

  • Dogs are not allowed to participate in the 5K run/walk or 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
  • Strollers are welcome, we just ask that you start towards the back of the field
  • There will be no refunds available for race registrants who did not purchase refund protection.

Awards

All in-person and virtual participants will receive a Girl Scout themed finisher medal. Winners in each age group will receive a box of Trefoil cookies! Cookies will be given to the top 1 male and female finishers of the 5K (in-person) in the following age groups:13 & Under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.
