Time Limit:

1. No problems if runners reach the Turnaround on Burloak by 1130 (still have 90 min. to finish the remaining 9k)
2. Anyone reaching Lakeshore and Burloak after 12pm will be moved to the sidewalk on the west side of Burloak to go north to the turnaround
3. Anyone reaching Lakeshore and Hampton Heath after 12pm will be moved to the north side sidewalk to continue eastbound

1. Must reach Appleby by 1215... everyone behind this will be moved onto the sidewalk
2. Must reach Walkers Line by 1230... everyone behind this will be moved onto the sidewalk
3. Must reach Guelph Line by 1245... everyone behind this will be moved onto the sidewalk
4. Must reach Brant St. by 1pm... everyone behind this will be moved onto the sidewalk

Route Map:

This is a fast, flat and certified course! The course is certified through Athletics Canada, the certificate number is ON-2013-092-BDC. Please note the course will only be open for 3 and a half hours. Therefore, all runners must complete the race in 3 hours and 30mins or less.

Refund Policy:

Please note that if the in-person event cannot proceed as planned, it will be switched to a virtual race. In the case of cancellation of the in-person race, we will not be issuing any refunds or returning the difference in pricing. You will still receive your race kit and can complete your race on your own and submit your results. All registrations are final and non-refundable.
