REFUND POLICY

The 500 Festival does not offer refunds for any events.

Optional refund protection may be purchased at an additional cost via the Race Roster Refund Protection Program. If purchased, any refund request must be submitted directly to the refund protection provider and is subject to their terms and conditions. Refund protection must be purchased at the time of registration and cannot be added after registration is completed.

Refund protection is not event cancellation insurance. If the event is canceled, the provider’s refund policy is void and will not cover your registration fee.
