Join us May 15–16, 2027, for the 50th Annual University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon. More than a race, this milestone weekend is a celebration of the city’s spirit, history, and the runners who have shaped it for 50 years.
Registration is now open for all individual events, including the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and Kids Run.
Registration for the Challenge Series will open once the Early Bird pricing period concludes.
