Join us May 15–16, 2027, for the 50th Annual University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon. More than a race, this milestone weekend is a celebration of the city’s spirit, history, and the runners who have shaped it for 50 years.
Registration is now open for all events, including the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Kids Run, and Challenge Series.
NEW for 2027: 3-Person Marathon Relay
Our 3-Person Relay gives three runners the chance to team up and complete the full marathon together. Spots are limited to 100 teams.
