Withdrawal & Refunds
- 50% refund of the entry fee is available for withdrawal requests by 11:59 pm, 31st January 2027
- No refunds after this date.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment card — please allow up to 30 business days.
- Please consider Enhanced Refund Protection via registration.
Transfers & Deferrals
- No deferrals to future years
- Transfers to another person available until 7 days before event — email admin@hellofthewest.com
- $15 Administration fee applies to transfers
Race Changes
- Competitors may change race category or distance subject to availability.
- Any difference when moving to a higher-priced event must be paid.
- No refund applies when moiving to a lower-priced event.
