Volunteer details
Friday, Bib Pickup: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Assist with bib pickup and t-shirt distribution. Friday, January 8th.
Starting Line Setup: 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Prepare starting line area for participant arrival.
Starting Line Check-in: 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Assist with same-day participant bib pickup, same-day registration (as available), and t-shirt distribution.
Starting Line Cleanup : 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Breakdown and pack starting line area to re-open street for residential use.
Finish Line Setup: 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM
Prepare finish line area for participant arrival.
Finish Line Support: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Support participants in finishing chute & post 5K festival. Area assignment made upon arrival.
Finish Line Cleanup: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Take down and pack up finish line festival to reopen lot for public use.
Course Setup: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Assist course leads to in delivering critical course markings. Heavy lifting required.
Course Marshals: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Direct runners, monitor traffic intersections, cheer, and ensure safety along the 5K route
Course Cleanup: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Take down course markings and reopen road to through traffic. Heavy lifting required.
