Last year I was humbled to have such amazing trust, support and confidence shown to me by everyone in my completing the half marathon. In the Fall, after a bit of a medical event, I found myself having to start over.  I am able to make 2 Km now and absolutely ready to make the 5Km goal in the June/July virtual race....   Please sponsor me with donations to  team Spinal Cord Injury -BC.

A tiny update: I have managed to run 4 Km twice now and a few times around the block. 

I am so lucky to have Bert join me in the 5 Km on June 15th..   Joan will be jogging beside us. I am so grateful for all the support everyone! 

Rollin' rollin' rollin'  !!

Wow, what fun! Bert, Joan and I took the bus to North Island College and began our run on a nice cool early summer day. Within 5 minutes of our route the Wet Coast Weather kicked in and began sprinkling occasional rain. About 10 minutes in it began to pour, then it began to drench us. Joan and Bert are such good sports we chugged through the rivers of runoff as we crossed intersections, dodged torrents of spray from car wheels and kept high and happy spirits. As we reached our destination, the rain halted, the sun came out and we could enjoy a nice warm cup of tea.  Joan and Bert you rock! and roll! and run! Thank you ALL for your awesome support!
