My Story…
Hi family and friends,
Once again I am running 10k for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) BC!!
Since 1957, SCI BC has been dedicated to helping people with spinal cord injuries and related disabilities and their families, adjust, adapt, and thrive. All British Columbians with spinal cord injury (and related disabilities) and their families will have the support and knowledge they need to live well and be active participants in their communities through SCI BC.
This will be my 5th (wow!) year rolling/walking/running with my friend Kristen McBride and team. Since it is my 5th year, my goal is BIG - can I raise $1000?! Let's see what I can do. This will be my 2nd year running 10k. If you know me well, I am a gym junky, but running is NOT my forte!
I have known Kristen for 12+ years and I have seen the amazing benefits that this organization has brought to her life since her injury.
Thank you for reading and if you are able to donate, Kristen and I would greatly appreciate it. xx Nicole
