We are very excited to announce that with careful consideration to safety and community health, and with the easing of gathering restrictions, we will be offering an in-person 5k race option on Saturday, October 23 at Sunnybrook Park, in addition to our virtual 8k/5k race option.
You can run for POGO anywhere on earth in our virtual 8k/5k any time from October 23 - November 6, 2021!
Our virtual race gives you the flexibility to complete your race, your way, on your schedule. Our in-person 5k will take place at Wilket Creek Park, our usual location, within Sunnybrook Park in Toronto, along the paved paths.
Participants in the in-person 5k race will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated with an approved Health Canada vaccine.
Virtually or in-person, most importantly, you can raise money for POGO and help kids and their families living with childhood cancer. At times like these, it is more important than ever, that we come together to support and give back to our community members.

In-Person 5k Kit Pick-up Details
Location: Rosedale Running Room – 1087 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON, M4W 2L5 (south of the Summerhill TTC station, north of the Rosedale TTC station)
Dates and Times:
- Wednesday, October 20; 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Thursday, October 21; 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- Friday October 22; 12:00pm - 7:00pm
- Mailing of your race kit, directly to your door, is available for an additional $12 (if you are registered by Sunday, October 10)
If you live outside of Toronto and cannot make it to one of the race kit pick up dates please email us at info@towomensruns.com and exceptions may be made.
Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination (and photo ID) at kit pick up.
If you are picking up for a friend, you will be required to have an email from them enabling them to pick up your kit for them. They will be required show proof of vaccination status on race day at the Info tent.

The late registration fee is $70 (hst included), cash only.
