East York Meals on Wheels

Founded in 1969, East York Meals on Wheels is a local not-for-profit community service agency that delivers great tasting, balanced nutritious meals through the help of our dedicated volunteers. All of our services offer much needed social support for both East York’s seniors community and residents with health challenges.

Last year alone, 130+ dedicated volunteers helped more than 300 residents of East York maintain their independence and well-being. Over 25,372 meals were delivered to 226 clients. We operate with our mission in mind, and work diligently to provide exceptional service to our clients, and maximize the impact of the support from our donors.
