Complaints
At World Vision we value the contribution each and every supporter makes to our work. If you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you and work with you to effectively resolve it. We will endeavour to respond acknowledging your complaint within three business days and refer it to the appropriate team for handling. The time it would take us to respond to your complaint will depend on the nature of the matters you raise. Our specialist team will seek to resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality in regards to the information you provide us. The Australian Privacy Principles, the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) Code of Conduct and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard also apply to us.
