Raise money for St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation

Proceeds from the 2nd Annual Forest City Cycling Challenge will support Mental Health Care at St. Joseph’s Health Care London and the purchase of exercise bikes dedicated to those with severe and persistent mental illness.

  • Maintaining good physical health can have a significant impact on mental health.
  • Regular physical exercise is known to improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, reduce stress and increase overall mood.
  • Physical exercise increases the release of endorphins in the brain, which helps to relieve tension in the body and increase mood.

NOTE:  Tax receipts will be mailed out from St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation after the event is over, around July 1, 2022.
