Our story…

Gosnold's mission is to excel in addiction and mental health treatment; to serve individuals and families affected by these illnesses; and to promote lasting recovery. Originally founded in 1972 as the Cape Cod Alcoholism Intervention and Rehabilitation Unit (CCAIRU), Gosnold, Inc. presently celebrates 50 years of helping youth, adults, families, and communities heal from mental health, substance use, and co-occurring illnesses through a comprehensive range of programs and services.

As we celebrate our 50th year of serving our community, we are honored to participate in the 50th running of the Falmouth Road Race. We have set a fundraising goal for $50,000 for the 50th year! Help us reach our goal!
