Travel to and up the North Stairs, across the top and down the South stairs
When exiting the stairs from Lap #1, grab a Sandbell (Women 15lbs, Men 25lbs)
Run with your Sandbell around Green Zone 1, then back to North end of the Tower
Travel to and up the North Stairs, across the top and down the South stairs TO THE 2ND FLOOR PLATFORM FOR Zone 2

40 Overhead Triceps Presses, 40 Russian Twists

Carry the Sandbell to the 1st floor and drop off the Sandbell
When exiting the stairs from Lap #2, run around the South end of the Tower
Travel up the West steps to the 1st floor platform for Zone 3

What should I do/bring to be successful?
Athlete Hydration and Cooling Materials, Arrive early and get yourself properly warmed up for a hard workout. Make a hydration plan the week and days prior to Aug 27th to prevent heat exhaustion symptoms during the event.

The opening announcements and 1st wave will be at 8:00 am
Waves will be loaded after Challenger Check-In. Waves released to the course every 15 mins

No, Parking is open to the public and free for this event

Yes, but feel free to save gas and carpool with your friends

Where are Bathrooms?
The bathrooms are at the foot of the Finish Tower on the lakeside
Water Stops on course?
Cold Water, towels, and aid will be available at the finish line for all Challengers
Are Strollers and Pets allowed On Course?
No strollers, children, or pets are allowed On Course, all are welcome to cheer on the challengers from spectating zones
