Grand Traverse Registration

SKI:

No Registration Deferments.

Teammate bib transfers are permitted for a $25 fee. Deadline to submit a transfer - March 26th. Bib transfers may be executed HERE

RegShield is offered during registration as an optional registration protection policy in the event of injury, illness, family illness, work conflicts, etc. Link to file a claim. All questions referring to the policy should be directed to RegShield.

Full Team drop out's may request a 50% refund until February 20th, 2023. RegShield Policy holders are not eligible for a refund via The Grand Traverse.

Due to the complicated nature of the GT, the Triple Crown is NOT available for transfer under any circumstances.

There are no refunds for any reason after February 20 from the Grand Traverse or CB Nordic.

RUN & BIKE:

No Registration Deferments.

Bib Transfers are permitted for a $25 fee. Deadline to submit a transfer -August 27

Bib transfers may be executed HERE. Bib transfers are only eligible for the same Sub Event (e.g. Run for Run, Dual sport for Dual Sport) The Dual Sport cannot be transferred to Individual Run or Bike.

Due to the complicated nature of the GT, the Triple Crown is NOT available for transfer under any circumstances. The Dual Sport cannot be transferred to Individual Run or Bike.
