We created the Workplace Challenge because we believe in one thing: physical activity is good for your physical and mental health. Over the past 10 years, we've helped more than 100,000 participants increase the amount of physical activity they do, thanks to our program!
What is the program?
For 3 months, we provide you with tools to train, such as workout programs, training videos to follow at home and health tips;
You have access to a web platform that allows you to accumulate your physical activity minutes and we challenge you to accumulate more minutes per participant than other companies;
A kit containing your bib, a t-shirt and a medal is sent to your home or workplace;

Events
During this event, participants can do one of the following events:
- 5 km walk or run
- 10 km walk or run
- 45 minutes of Zumba
- 45 minutes of Yoga
- 45 minutes of Cardio-Fit
What does it include?
- Event T-shirt printed in Quebec;
- Stainless steel medal, made in Quebec;
- Bib;
- Training programs for walking, running and weight training;
