Our story…

Hi Supporters of QRC,

It’s year two of Team QRC joining Pride & Remembrance Run. This year 93 people will be representing QRC in the run, double the amount we had last year! We’re trying to raise $9000 and I hope you can help us get there.

This year’s theme is #rememberyourwhy. We all have different reasons for running and participating. But there’s truly nothing like bringing people together on Pride Weekend Saturday morning before the streets are flooded with other Pride festivities. 

QRC is a run club, a coffee club, sometimes a little dance club in the parking lot. We've worked hard and consistently over the past two years to build connection and community. Above all, QRC values holding space to be gentle and kind to each other. We value trying out hard things (which includes running!) and trying to have fun along the way. 

The funds raised will go towards 5 incredible non-profit organizations that are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: Asian Community AIDS Services, Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, the 519, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.

Hi friends!

I’m participating in the pride & remembrance run! 

I need your support, as the run is raising funds for 5 incredible non-profit organizations that are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: Asian Community AIDS Services, Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, the 519, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.

It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every donation over $20. Every donation matters, as we try to reach our goal of raising $300,000 this year! The projects and initiatives that these non-profits are developing will make a difference to so many members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and I would be so grateful for your donation.
