NO DAY OF REGISTRATION

• Choose your distance - Marathon, Half Marathon or 8K on Sunday, October 8, starting and finishing in downtown Victoria.
• The Thrifty Foods Kids Run and 5K events will take place on Saturday, October 7, starting and finishing at Willows Park in Oak Bay.
• There will be a course time limit of 6.5 hours for the marathon. There is no early start for any of the distances in 2023. Marathoners must complete the first 13K by 10:15 in order to be allowed to continue the marathon route. Individuals who have not passed the 13K mark by 10:15 will be given the choice to move to the half marathon event distance or withdraw from the event.
• Events will be capped for 2023.
• There will be no strollers or pets allowed on the course. Nordic poles will only be allowed for mobility-impaired participants.
• There are no refunds or deferrals allowed for 2023. You can transfer your registration to another person up until September 15, 2023 for a fee.
