The Sport Chek Mother’s Day Run, Walk and Wheel is back In-Person on Sunday May 14th. Gather up your family and friends to celebrate moms.
**Please note that there is NO virtual option this year.
For nearly five decades, the Sport Chek Mother’s Day Run, Walk and Wheel has been one of Calgary’s largest family fundraising events supporting both Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities and the Calgary Health Foundation.
** Donate to the Calgary Health Foundation when submitting your race registration and then set up your fundraising page in Race Roster to start raising funds. Or register HERE to donate and/or start fundraising for Jumpstart.

Refund Policy
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds, transfers, medical comps or deferrals under any circumstances.
GST and Processing Fees
Please note that each participant will be charged a processing fee, plus 5% GST tax in addition to the race entry fee.
Race Info
All Events will start in the East Parking lot of Chinook Centre (closest to MacLeod Trail)
The Little Legs Race
The Little Legs Race is approximately 1 KM in length and is for kids 12 and under.
Kids 5 and under are free, but must be registered.
Children can run on their own or with one parent/guardian but parents/guardians do not need to register. For each registration you will receive 2 bibs - one for the child and one for the parent/guardian to run with the child or to retrieve the child from the finishing corral at the end of the race.
5 KM Walk/Run
Strollers are welcome for the 5 km run/walk only.
Please note: There is no minimum age to participate in the 5KM race. Children are permitted to walk/run or be pushed in a stroller. We ask that those with strollers start in the last starting corral.
Children 6 and over must be registered to participate. Children under 6 who are not registered, will not receive a swag bag, medal or any amenities at the finish line. Young children interested in receiving a swag bag and medal can sign up for the 1KM Little Legs Race.
adidas 10 KM Run
The minimum age to participate in the adidas 10 KM Run is 14. Strollers are not permitted in the 10 KM Run.
