Eating Disorders Nova Scotia

Raise money for Eating Disorders Nova Scotia

Eating Disorders Nova Scotia believes that no one should have to face an eating disorder alone.

We are committed to inspiring hope, reducing stigma, raising awareness, and offering meaningful support at all stages of recovery.

Eating Disorders Nova Scotia supports anyone affected by an eating disorder or disordered eating, without a diagnosis or referral.

We could not do this without the support of our community.

Taking on a challenge like a half or full marathon, or a 5K be an empowering experience.

If you’ve ever had a harmful relationship with exercise, we strongly encourage you to talk with your support system, including your doctor, before joining. If you currently have a harmful relationship with exercise we strongly discourage you from taking part in any activity that could put your health in jeopardy.

Other ways you can help:

-Volunteer with our Cheer Squad and help support the team’s efforts leading up to and on the race weekend

-Become a monthly donor (www.EatingDisordersNS.ca/donate)

-Celebrate your birthday, anniversary, or other celebration by holding a Facebook Fundraiser

-Organize a fundraiser at your workplace (Like a bake sale)

-Organize your own fundraiser like a book swap, plant sale, traveling dinner party, or community yard sale

If you have another great idea, let us know! If you don't have an idea but still want to help reach out, we can help!
