Hey everyone - once again I'm running the 21k de Montréal!

This year, I chose some organizations that work on causes of particular importance to me; take your pick:

- The Neuro, McGill's neurological hospital.

- Trees for Life Canada, an organization that leads tree-planting initiatives to fight climate change and increase biodiversity.

- Mission Bon Accueil, is an organization providing resources to the homeless and at-risk residents of Montréal.

- Equitas, an organization that conducts human rights and equity education.

In terms of the race itself, last year I ran it in 1h46m. This year, my goal is to finish in under 1h40m, with a stretch goal of 1h35m. Wish me luck! 🏃
