Our story…

Aduro Athletics is proud to be participating in their 4th year of 24 Hours of Heroes! Our athletes and outside community members that have chosen to join us in the past are welcome to participate with us again this year for an ENTIRE 24 HOURS OF HERO WODS! Our doors will literally be open the morning of Saturday November 4th, until after closing ceremonies on Sunday November 5th. Anyone is welcome to stop in at any hour and crush a workout with us! See you there!
