Our story…

CrossFit Elgin proudly supports 24 Hours of Heroes. Countless first responder and veteran lives are lost each year. We invite our community to participate and remember those who have fallen and to help those who are living each day with operational stress injuries like PTSD. 24 Hours of Heroes is full of heart and with this event, we hope our small gym can show up for those of you who are struggling. We want you to know: You are not alone. Your story matters. We see you and we care.
