We created the Défi Entreprises because we're convinced of one thing: physical activity is good for your physical and mental health. Over the past 10 years, we've helped more than 100,000 participants increase the amount of physical activity they do, thanks to our program!
What is it ?
For 3 months, we provide you with training tools, such as workout programs, home training videos and health tips.
You'll have access to a web platform that lets you track your minutes of physical activity, and we'll challenge you to accumulate more minutes per participant than any other company.
A kit containing your bib, T-shirt and medal is sent to your home.
Event dates
- Montréal : May 18
- Trois-Rivières : June 1rd
- Gatineau : June 1rd
- Québec : June 8 and 9
- Virtual : June 9
Tests
During this event, participants can take part in one of the following events:
- 5 km walk or run ;
- 10 km walk or run ;
- 45 minutes of Zumba ;
- 45 minutes Yoga ;
- 45 minutes Cardio-Musculation.
What does it include ?
- Event T-shirt ;
- Stainless steel medal, made in Québec ;
- Bib ;
- Training programs for walking, running and strength training.
