Please find below some important information for your options to register for virtual races, gift entries, and transferring entries.

• If you have a pre-purchased gift entry, please use the link provided in your gift email to register for the race or visit the registration page and click Gift Registrations>Redeem A Gift and type in your gift code.
• If you wish to transfer your bib to someone else - you must go through the Race Roster Transfer portal; transfers occurring outside the Race Roster system will not be accepted under any conditions.
• To transfer your bib to someone else, go to the registration page and click the Transfer button in the sidebar and follow the instructions. You will be refunded your race entry fee when the new person pays for theirs. There is a $10 charge for transfers.
• If you are purchasing a transferred bib from someone else - do not send any money directly to the person, all payments go through the Race Roster platform during the bib transfer process to ensure a secure process and guarantee you are purchasing a legitimate race entry.
• Registration limits are based on per-race course and product restrictions, and therefore transfers to a different distance are not available.

Finally, if you missed the registration period, you can still join us virtually and support your favourite charity by choosing a virtual Green Bib Entry. Please note, virtual green bib entries provide access to the online virtual race portal to upload your results, however they do not include a race shirt or medal. Instead, a donation is made to one of our sustainability charities of the participant’s choice.
