UPDATE: We did it! We ran our 5k 9 min faster than in Feb, that means 1.3x faster. As promised, I have made my $130 donation. There is still time to add a little something if you want to support this great cause!

I am running to raise money to raise awareness for colon cancer screening because it has touched people close to me this year and awareness and screening are our best defense against this cancer - the 2nd leading cause of cancer death in Canada.
On Feb 17 my friend Georghia and I ran 5k. We have been training hard and on Jun 1 we will run a new 5k. I am pledging $100 BUT however much faster we run it this time, I will increase my donation that-fold. So if we run it twice as fast, I will donate $200.
I really don't think we'll manage to run it twice as fast, so if you can, please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal. Thanks!!!
