Join the stride towards recovery with WellStrong's 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race Chairity Running Team! We're thrilled to join Numbers for Nonprofits for another year on our hometown's beautiful seaside course.
WellStrong's mission is to create safe, supportive communities of people in recovery from substance use disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment.
Our programs are available to anyone committed to recovery, regardless of their ability to pay.
Description
WellStrong creates a community environment focused on promoting fitness and well-being as integral components of recovery from substance use disorder. Our 501(c)3 nonprofit fitness and wellness studio provides a supportive environment where individuals in recovery can cultivate their physical, emotional and spiritual health through a wide variety of activities and services.
Every step we take is a celebration of perseverance; a testament to the strength of our members, and an opportunity to raise awareness and vital funds for WellStrong's mission. Help us take a collective stride towards transforming lives, proving there's immense power in unity and resilience.
