_Registration Policy

The registration policy states that:

1. No refund or postponement of registration is granted to any participant, regardless of the reason (medical or otherwise). In the case of complete or partial cancellation of the Event for any reason (e.g. dangerous weather conditions, terrorist acts, pandemic), registrations are non-refundable. In all circumstances, donations are given directly to the organization and are irrevocable (non-refundable).
2. We offer a low-cost protection plan upon registration to protect your purchase against unforeseen events that could prevent you from attending the Event. The protection plan does not cover the cancellation of the Event.
3. It is possible to change race online if the maximum capacity of the new race has not been reached. If the new race is at a lower cost than the initial registration, no refund will be made regardless of the reason. This change must be made online, using the Race Roster registration service. Fees may apply for any change.
4. It is possible to change race on site if the maximum capacity of the new race has not been reached. If the new race is at a lower cost than the initial registration, no refund will be made regardless of the reason. Fees may apply for any change.
5. It is possible to transfer your online registration to another participant. This can be done until the second price increase and this transfer must be done online, using the Race Roster registration service. Fees may apply for any transfer.
