Help Kim raise money

I am so privileged to be able to participate in this incredible event for a second year in a row. The positive effect that it has on our community is enormous. I'm so grateful to the volunteers and organizers for making this all happen. 

The mental, physical and financial burnout of living with cancer is stunning. It is absolutely shocking to learn what is actually not 'covered' in this amazing country of ours. To be able to participate in an event that helps to alleviate some of that financial stress so that folks are able to focus on their wellbeing and self-care is huge.

On July 12th, I'll be swimming for my Mom, who lost her life to cancer just months into her 40th year. I'll be swimming for my amazing sister, and my dear cousin who have both recently bravely won their battles. I'll be swimming for my gorgeous friends who have just finished their radiation treatments, and for those who are still living with this cruel disease and are on yet another experimental treatment. And I'll be swimming for our friends and neighbours who didn't make it this year. 

Thank you so much for your support. It means to world to so many folks.
