You would like to transfer your registration to another participant? Here's what you need to know:
You must have the e-mail address of the new participant;
Go to your dashboard HERE and select “Make a transfer”.
Once you have completed the process, the new participant will receive an e-mail to complete his or her registration;
If you have entered into an agreement to sell your registration, the transaction must take place directly between the participants. This platform will not transfer money between the two;
A transfer fee of $25 (plus taxes and service charges) will be charged to the new participant at the time of the transaction;
The platform will automatically reimburse you for items other than the race, if you have purchased them (except for the Refund Protection Program, which is non-refundable).
Please note that for security reasons, a participant CANNOT wear someone else's race bib without having completed the transfer. Medical staff must have the correct emergency information for the new participant. Any participant caught wearing another's number without having made the transfer will be disqualified.
