- Cancellation Policy: There are no cancellations or refunds. Your registration will be converted to a virtual race if the event is cancelled due to a government or public health order, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Optional cancellation insurance is available for purchase through Race Roster at registration.
- Weather-Related Cancellation Policy: Our highest priority is the safety of all participants, staff, and volunteers. In accordance with Athletics Ontario regulations, race organizers are required to delay or cancel events in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if inclement weather necessitates the event's cancellation. Most event expenses will have already been incurred at the time of cancellation. All registered participants will still be entitled to receive their race swag bag. By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and accept this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- What is the cut-off time for the Marathon course? Muskoka Marathoners must pass the Wellington Street Bridge for the second time before 1:00 PM, as both lanes will reopen to traffic at this time. Under our partial road closure agreement with the District of Muskoka, this allows approximately 5.5 hours to reach the 38 km mark.
- Will there be hydration stations? There will be hydration stations every 2.5 km offering water and sports drinks.
