Help us raise money

We are asking for your support in raising funds to enhance healthcare here in Southampton. 

Our team's past supporters have generously funded several life-saving items such as defibrillators, crash carts, cardiac monitors, and a new CT scanner, as well as enhancements to mental health care and women's health in the area.  

This year's focus for the Gran Fondo fundraising is the purchase of four  Automated Drug Dispensing Units for the Southampton Hospital.  Each unit costs more than $100,000!  Three units will be placed on the inpatient floors, and one will support the Emergency Department, helping care teams respond rapidly and accurately when patients need them most. 

These secure, high-tech medication cabinets dispense medications safely and quickly, reducing wait times and ensuring patients receive the right medicine at the right time. In emergencies, seconds matter. By improving medication safety, tracking inventory in real time, and freeing up nurses and pharmacy staff to focus more on patient care, ADUs are a smart, efficient, and life-saving investment in our community’s healthcare.

Any funds raised beyond the amount needed for the ADU’s will be used for infrastructure updates such as a negative pressure room in Southampton's Emergency Department.
