WellStrong creates a community environment focused on promoting fitness and well-being as integral components of recovery from substance use disorder. Our 501(c)3 nonprofit fitness and wellness studio provides a supportive environment where individuals in recovery can cultivate their physical, emotional and spiritual health through a wide variety of activities and services.
Every step we take is a celebration of perseverance; a testament to the strength of our members, and an opportunity to raise awareness and vital funds for WellStrong's mission. Help us take a collective stride towards transforming lives, proving there's immense power in unity and resilience.
