The Inner Pup - Education and Prevention Services. Based in New Orleans but assists other organizations nationwide and internationally.

These organizations are all 501(c)(3) non-profits. The first four of these rescues take in abandoned, neglected and abused animals. They also pull animals from shelters statewide and beyond. During hurricane season, they travel to other states and help rescue organizations move animals out of harm's way. Most animals arrive with heartworm or other health issues and vet bills can easily go higher than $1000 per animal. They all have foster programs set up until permanent homes can be found.
None of them receive any government funding. It is through donations of caring people that they are able to do the amazing work that they do.
So join us in raising money for these worthy organizations. Run the race, make a donation, create a fundraising page, ask your friends to run OR WALK with you.

The auction will begin approximately one week prior to the race and will end at the conclusion of the awards ceremony on RACE DAY! This will be an online auction so bring your cell phones!
