Help us raise money

We’re siblings and first responders taking part in the Ned’s Wish Heroes Run together this October!

We’re raising funds for Ned’s Wish, an organization that supports retired police and military working dogs across Canada. After years of serving alongside their handlers and doing critical work in our communities, these dogs deserve the chance to enjoy retirement with the care they need. Ned’s Wish helps with veterinary and healthcare costs while also raising awareness about the needs of retired working dogs.

As first responders ourselves, we have a huge amount of respect for police and military dog teams and the important work they do. We wanted to take part in something that recognizes both the dogs and their handlers while supporting a cause that gives back to them after years of service.

This year’s Heroes Run honours RCMP Police Dog Bandit, who was killed in the line of duty in 2000 while serving alongside his handler, Cpl. Rick Mosher. We’re proud to take part in an event that honours Bandit’s service while supporting retired working dogs across Canada.

Our team fundraising goal is $300. If you’d like to donate, we’d really appreciate the support, but there’s absolutely no pressure! Sharing our page or cheering us on means a lot too.

Thank you!
