On Wednesday, August 12, the Edmonton Marathon Team is hosting a Volunteer Orientation Night from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edmonton Convention Centre, Hall D (9797 Jasper Ave).
Important information sessions for volunteer course marshals, water station captains, and start/finish medal volunteers will run throughout the evening.
This drop-in open house (come for as little or as long as you like!) features complimentary dinner provided by Nandos from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, draw prizes, and event experts ready to assist you.
It is the perfect opportunity to ask questions about your role, pick up your volunteer t-shirt, and claim your free transit pass for race weekend. Plus, it is a great chance to meet and connect with fellow volunteers.
