No Refund Policy

We have implemented a no-refund policy, since most of your fee is spent well before race day even gets here. Please be sure to read through this page before you register!

No refunds, transfers, or switches:
Once you sign up, your spot is yours—no take-backs, no swaps, no passing your entry to a friend. Can’t make it? Race gets canceled? We can’t refund your fee. So double-check you’re good with that before you hit register.

If we have to pull the plug
Stuff happens. Weather, safety, random curveballs. If we have to change or cancel, we can’t refund or roll over your entry. We don't take these decisions lightly, and we’ll always do our best to put on a good, safe race for everyone. Promise.

No waiting list, folks!
When we’re full, we’re full. If someone drops, it doesn’t open a spot. Insurance rules. We gotta stick to it.

Can’t make it after all?
Signed up but can’t make it? No need to tell us. We keep everyone on the list until race day. If you don’t check in or grab your number, we’ll know.
