NSCR's programs and services support the well-being of kids & families, enhance the well-being of seniors and caregivers, and engage and empower our community through facilitating volunteering, offering affordable access to our legal system, advocating for affordable housing, and providing opportunities for young adults to plug into the democratic processes of the community.
