Run Australia 2021 Zoom Breakfast with Robert De Castella and ASICS Giveaway
To be eligible to enter, during the promotional period individuals must reside in Australia. To enter, individuals must register in Run Australia 2021 2021 — Run Australia 2021 — Race Roster — Registration, Marketing, Fundraising Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Entry is open to selected Australian residents aged +18 years. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. To be eligible to take part in the competition you must be registered as participant of Run Australia 2021.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winners details on the Run Australia Facebook and Instagram page and within official Run Australia newsletters.
5. Promotion commences at 5:00pm on Thursday 18 March and entries close Sunday 11 April at 11.59pm AEDT. The prize winner will be selected at the completion of this period.
6. Subject to these Terms and Conditions and to enter entrants must answer the question “Tell us in 20 words or less why you want to have breakfast with Rob De Castella. Entrants must email their answer and provide their name, address, phone number and email details to Info@runaustralia2021.com.au Only one entry is permitted per entrant.
7. The competition is a game of skill therefore chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry received will be assessed by judges at CMS Lateral, 9 George Street, North Strathfield, 2137, Sydney. Judging will be based on originality, literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the competition question.
8. The winner will be notified via email. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into unless otherwise stated.
The prize must be claimed by the winners within one week of being notified. In the event that a winner fails to claim their prize by responding to the Promoter’s email, the prize will be forfeited, and the promoter will select a new winner.
9. If any prize or part of any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stipulated otherwise.
12. In addition, 4 prize packs will be donated to Deadly Running a program run by the Indigenous Marathon Foundation. The 4 prize packs consist of 1 x Shoes (GT-2000), 1 x Run Cap, 1 x Duffle Bag and 1 x Water Bottle.

13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
