Homeless Children's Education Fund

Every school district in Allegheny County has students experiencing homelessness—in total, there are over 3,000. Many teens are on their own, with no support system, at a young age. Others are with their family but experiencing severe stress that comes with housing instability. At HCEF, we work with students  of all ages, with school and shelter referrals. Our team provides financial, educational and emotional support, material goods, and a chance to chart a positive course. As a marathon participant YOU are directly helping youth to become their best selves, with a future that holds promise. Thank you!
