INSTRUCTIONS ON HEALTH MEASURES RELATED TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

All participants in the Gatineau Loppet must follow the health instructions related to the COVID-19. These instructions are subject to change according to the rules dictated by the health authorities.

As of November 1, 2021, the following rules apply:

General Instruction:

• All event participants over the age of 12 will be required to show a valid proof of vaccination

Indoor rules:

• Wear a mask at all times, except when eating or drinking

• Physical distancing of at least 1 meter

• Hand washing before entering the premises

Outdoor rules :

• Wear mask in designated areas

• Wearing a mask is not mandatory during race events

• Physical distancing of at least 1 meter
